Marmelade d'Aubergines --> Super Bon !!

J'ai trouvé cette recette des Frères Pourcel sur une Fiche Cuisine "Elle à Table". Je l'ai un peu modifiée : normalement il fallait la faire gratiner au four avec de la chapelure  mais c'était tellement bon comme ça que je ne suis pas allée plus loin ! Bon par contre, je ne suis pas encore experte en cuisson de rougets ... Patisserie Picard (Bonne ou Moins Bonne :D)

Aujourd'hui point de recettes ni d'anglais mais un petit récap' des desserts Picard (Les puristes vont hurler en voyant des desserts surgelés mais pourtant, il y'en a des très bons comme des moins bons ! Rillettes de Crabe et de Poireaux aux éclats de noix

My grandma receives a BIO Bag every week but she alone so she bring me several vegetables and last week it was Red Carrots and One Leek ! I didn't know how to cook with one leek ?! So I remember Lilo's recipe,  which wa in my "favorite" for a long time ... It was good but not amazing ! Eggplants Caviar - Caviar d'Aubergines

I love Clotilde Dusoulier's blog : "Chocolate & Zucchini", which exists in VF and in  VO ! Her recipe is certainly great : I surely made a mistake somewhere because it was the first time, I prepared something which is nearly uneatable (No, I exaggerate ... It was eatable :D) But nevertheless, I changed only one thing : I cooked the eggplants open in two - without olive oil - instead of cooking them whole ! Eggplants and Onions Fondue with Bulgur -- Boulgour à la Fondue d'Oignons & aux Aubergines

A little recipe, very good and very tasty, invented last year (I'm very proud of me for that :D ). It looks like a risotto with bulgur instead of rice :D It's perfect for a light dinner : for the boys (or girls) who don't like to have a dinner without meat, you can serve this dish with chicken breast or beefsteak (I'm sorry, my blog is "Frenchenglish" because i write the little story in English to practise my English but i don't really want to learn the cooking terms, and thanks to that my french readers can... Moelleux au Fenouil Confit et à la Vanille --> Just Perfect !!

If you are not bold and fearless, this recipe is not for you BUT if you are, it's the perfect recipe !! The only thing to do is to dare and don't think twice ! At the beginning it was to use the fennels which were in my Bio Bag ... Velvet Zucchinis Soup --> So Good !

Again it is a recipe with Vegetables and "Boursin" : I'm irredeemable :-)At the beginning, my mother found this recipe to finish the zucchinis of my " Zucchini & Salmon Maki " ! But It was just so Tasty !! Yesterday, I've redid this soup with the zucchinis (the Black Radish's Friends) which were in my "BIO Bag"; and it was still so good ! :D To be taken with out moderation ! Black Radish Veloute with Tonka Bean -- Velouté de Radis Noir à la Fève de Tonka

When I put out this "thing" of my BIO bag, in the dark, I thought it was an rotten Zucchini but then I understood that it was not :D Then I thought It was a Parsnip , but I remember that the parsnip is beige and, this thing was Black !  ?!I searched on the net and I found it was a Black Radish --> I had never eaten this vegetable before so i didn't know how to cook it. Cream-Cheese Broccoli Mashed Potatoes - Ecrasé de Pomme de Terres, Brocolis & Boursin

I love mashed vegetables so when I saw this recipe in the French Blog " Le Plaisir des Mets" I knew directly that it was a recipe for me ! :D It is an easy recipe and it is very good (even for the people who don't like vegetables) !! MP Cuisine become MP's Cooking ?!

Ok ... A Little Explanation (And I'm Sorry for those who don't understand English) ! I'm 15 and I'm trying to learn and speak very well english. I travel a lot and on my last trip I realized how amazing it is to be able to speak with strangers and peoples who have differents cultures and life than you ... and the only way to be able to speak with them is to speak english because everyone speaks english (Italian, Deutsh, Américan and English of course ...) And it's also for get good marks in school:D...
